Former U.S. vice president and Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden spoke Thursday about the United States response to the novel coronavirus outbreak.
Biden cancelled a campaign event slated for Thursday amid ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, and instead will discuss combating the virus and how, if elected as president, his administration would respond.
The former vice president has also set up his own advisory committee to counsel the campaign on risks posed by the virus.
